Having planned dozens of birthday parties over the years for our friend groups - because we are the type A individuals that "do it all" - we have established relationships with the captains on Lake Norman and the party buses that will get you there (and back)!

      • Our professional bartender will serve your guests with flair, handling all the drink details so you can focus on enjoying the celebration. With a BYOB setup, just bring your favorite liquor, and we'll take care of the rest, mixing and serving with style and expertise. Perfect for creating a seamless and enjoyable drinking experience at your event!

    • Decor Set Up
      Transform your event space effortlessly with our Onsite Decor Set-Up service!

      • We handle all the setup details, ensuring your venue is party-ready upon arrival. From arranging your custom decorations to setting the perfect ambiance, we take care of everything so you can walk into a beautifully styled space and dive straight into the festivities. Leave the decorating to us and enjoy a flawless start to your celebration

    • Fridge Stocking
      Get your event off to a smooth start with our Onsite Fridge Stocking service!

      • Simply place your order online, and we’ll ensure your fridge is fully stocked and ready upon your arrival. Whether it’s for food, drinks, or both, we’ll handle the setup so you can focus on the fun.

      • Food and drinks are to be paid for separately by the client. The maximum store order size is $800. Orders containing alcohol require a valid ID for those 21 years of age or older. A US billing address credit card is needed to place your order with the store.

    • On-Site or Day Of
      Make your event a breeze with our Onsite Day-of Coordinator!

      • A friendly Bash team member will be there to field questions, tackle any hiccups, and keep everything running smoothly. We handle the details and ensure everything is on track, so you can kick back and enjoy the festivities.

    • Additional Mileage
      Our standard service area covers up to 50 miles from downtown Charlotte.

      • For locations beyond this radius, additional mileage fees will apply. This ensures we can continue to provide the same high-quality service no matter where your event takes us.

      • Contact us for details on mileage fees for locations outside our standard service area.
