This time, they envisioned a larger, more inclusive experience, inviting the entire crew—guys and gals alike. We carefully discussed location options, from beachfront properties with pools to homes with additional amenities, ensuring every detail met their vision.

Their primary goal was clear: no one should bear the burden of planning or managing the weekend. From stocking the fridge and arranging meals to handling cleaning and organizing the entire weekend’s activities, they wanted the experience to feel completely all-inclusive.

In addition to ensuring relaxation, they requested a balanced mix of activities, including a golf outing, a fine dining experience, and a fun-filled games day, creating the perfect blend of excitement and downtime. The result was a weekend getaway that catered to everyone’s needs, offering the ideal balance of planned fun and relaxation.

The much-anticipated weekend arrived & all preparations fell perfectly into place—menus finalized, responsibilities assigned to each member, and groceries delivered. All that remained was the setup, the finishing touches, and the opportunity for everyone to simply relax and enjoy the luxury experience.

The Bash team was on-site to finalize setup and fridge stocking, fully prepared to bring Owen and Frankie’s vision to life.

The Final Review

In our final meeting, every element of the weekend was meticulously finalized. We confirmed the daily schedules and fine-tuned the details for the highly anticipated "Color War" games day.

Guests received tailored itineraries, ensuring they knew exactly what to pack and expect.

To make the day even more seamless, The Team coordinated all aspects of the games, including team assignments, ensuring no one was paired with a partner or best friend, and appointed a game master to keep the day’s activities running smoothly.

The "Color War" theme brought a playful energy to the event, with each team dressed in vibrant colors, earning points for the most creative outfits and team names. The day culminated in a scavenger hunt, leaving the group with unforgettable memories and a collection of photos that will be cherished.

The Event

Each guest was greeted with a custom swag bag filled with personalized goodies, thoughtfully curated in the colors of their assigned team.

The fridges were not only fully stocked but prepared with ample back stock, ready to keep the party going all weekend long..
